If you have an event that you would like to see posted here please  go to this page
And posting your flyers are also welcome.
Please note: Entries submitted within 24-48 hours of an event will  not have a guaranteed posting so please send your entries as far in  advance as possible. It will also take longer for us to post your
event if you do not submit them in the format as requested on the Event Submission Guidelines page

Title: Hearing Loss: From Discovery to Good Communication
(Presenter: Cynthia A. Harmon, Hard of Hearing Services Specialist)
Free educational program will benefit persons with hearing loss, their family and
friends, and service providers. Topics include signs of hearing loss, what to do if
someone you know has these signs, and strategies for effective communication.
There will be a 20 minute video, “Let’s Make It Clear.” Assistive listening devices
(ALDs) will be available

For additional communication accommodation needs or
questions, please contact Cynthia at 1-800-999-8915, ext. 107 or
cynthia.harmon@dhhs.nc.gov at least 2 weeks in advance

Find NC 210 Hwy at North Topsail, NC.
You will see sign "Snack Bar" and Onslow County Beach Access # 2 on NC 210 Hwy.
Snack Bar has restrooms, showers and sells snack and drinks.
Find balloons and signs beside the road
Find blue canopy at the beach. You will see it
Bring your own beach chair, snacks, screen lotions and drinks
If you have canopy(tent), bring it to share with them
Please bring games for Beach if you have any
It is suggested that you come to beach early morning so you can find parking easy
After beach, We will going to eat supper at restaurant at Surf Beach or Topsail beach, NC.

Enjoy samplings of fine arts and crafts, festival cuisine, wine garden

Saturday kicks off with a Sunrise Run on the Greenway at 8am and a
national country music artist at 8pm Saturday
