If you have an event that you would like to see posted here please  go to this page
And posting your flyers are also welcome.
Please note: Entries submitted within 24-48 hours of an event will  not have a guaranteed posting so please send your entries as far in  advance as possible. It will also take longer for us to post your
event if you do not submit them in the format as requested on the Event Submission Guidelines page

Caregiving + Hearing Loss = Greater Challenges
Morganton-Burke Senior Center

Burke Hospice, and the WPCOG Area Agency on Aging’s
Caregiver Support Program will host this event
A panel of experts on hearing loss will talk about
their agencies’ services and answer questions during the
first hour. Afterwards, attendees will have the
opportunity to visit information tables to pick up
helpful information and tasty snacks

 RSVP is requested so the staff can go to the meeting room the afternoon prior to the meeting to make the arrangements to place sign language interpreters and assistive listening devices to ensure effective communication for everyone which is a rather complicated and time-consuming process.
